DFAPTO Fine Arts Festival Table

Hello Families,

We’re excited for the upcoming Fine Arts Festival on Saturday, May 2, 2026. We are looking for volunteers to assist from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. We need your help!

The PTO will have a table at the festival to support our school through sales and engagement—and we’re looking for volunteers to assist throughout the day. This is a great opportunity to connect with other families, support our students, and be part of a fun, creative community event.

Volunteer Roles Include:

  • Assisting with sales at the PTO table
  • Greeting and engaging with festival attendees
  • Helping keep the table organized and stocked
  • Even an hour of your time would make a big difference!

We also encourage all families to become part of our PTO. Your involvement helps us create meaningful experiences for our students and school community.

Set Up
We'd like to have people to arrive at 8:30am - 10:30am to assist with setting up th merchandise table, the online merchandise table, and the food table. Table cloths are in the PTO closet. Serving Trays and Utensils are also in the PTO Closet. The Drink coolers will also need ice from the cafeteria load waters into them.

PTO Table Attendant
Assist with sales of merch, greeting parents and families, serving food items and waters, as well as telling them about the online Merchandise items.

Clean-up
We'd like to have volunteers arrive at 2:00pm to clean up. All unsold clothing merchandise and any clean or unused supplies can be returned to the PTO closet.
