We salute the dedicated school staff for their hard work and commitment throughout the year. As Spring Break approaches, we hope you enjoy a well-deserved rest and take this time to recharge. Thank you for making a positive impact on our students and community.

The PTO will be providing lunch for our amazing team at Davidson, and we would love to have your help to make the team feel appreciated!

Volunteer Opportunities
Set Up & Decorate Space for Luncheon
We'd like to have people to arrive at 8:30a - 9:15am to assist the Hospitality team with set-up for Friday's Salad Bar Luncheon. Each of the Break Rooms will need the tables cleaned off and set-up. Table cloths are in the PTO closet. Serving Trays and Utensils are also in the PTO Closet. The Drink coolers will also need ice from the cafeteria and drinks loaded into them.

Donate Desserts & Fruits
Please drop off donations between 8 and 9 am on Apr. 3, 2026. Donate a variety of sweet treats for the luncheon. Pre-sliced cakes ONLY, chocolates, cookies, mini brownies, or mini-cheesecakes. Fruits: Strawberries, Pineapples, cantaloupe, melon, watermelon, grapes, blueberries, etc ...

Food Prep
We'd like to have volunteers arrive at 9:30am to begin food prep. We need assistance cutting up fresh vegetables and toppings for the salads. All supplies, gloves, cutting boards, knives, and containers will be available. Once all food is prepped, then we can set-up the Salad Bar and Desserts. We would like to have Lunch ready by 11a.

Cleanup
Please arrive by 1:30p to clean up the DFA supplies, left over foods, and decorations after the luncheon in the front office conference room and the Academic Building Break Room. ALL leftover food items in both areas should be taken or disposed of. NO items should go into the refrigerator. Leftover unopened drinks and paper products and/or utensils can be placed back into the PTO closet.
